Will I need to make any adjustments to my existing frame?
The Shade is designed to require no adjustments to what you already have. We have designed our custom knuckles to clamp directly on to your existing frame.
Will I need to send measurements of my frame?
While we just begin production, we will contact you after checkout to ensure we send you the perfect size canopy for your frame.
What if I tear my canopy or lose a part of my Shade system?
In addition to selling the shade as a system, we will have replacement parts and additional canopy styles available for purchase in our store.
What is the warranty?
We stand behind our product and offer a two year limited warranty on all manufacturer defects. This does not cover tears in your canopy from use and only covers the poles, knuckles and stitching of the canopy.
